• No, not really. There is a different program called "Premier Elements" for editing video. You can also purchase both programs together, which essentially is a BOGO 50% off deal.

• No, the Photoshop Elements software only allows for photo editing. You would need the Premiere elements software or the bundle of both Photoshop and Premiere Elements to edit videos.
