• Run it on a standard wash if there is no cleaning setting.

• I have a Samsung and it has a clean washer cycle. If you do not have this feature myself I would use pure cycle but toss a towel in with the tablet.

• Any cycle you wish! I believe the Affresh packet says that! The Whirlpool washer has a cycle that says Affresh.
