I just had the same experience and found my way here. Someone mentioned moisture detection on the charging port. While it has been a couple of days, and I didn't see moisture on the port, I decided to use my hair dryer and sure enough, a tiny droplet of water pushed out from the side. May have been underneath that tiny clear cover. I used a Q-Tip with alcohol, which supposedly helps draw moisture out and blow-dried it again. Still beeping so I did it one more time. All dry, no beeping! It worked! Charging peacefully now. You can see a teeny droplet of water in the first photo and gone in the 2nd.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Had the same issue about 1 week before the warranty expired in 2022. Emailed company and they replaced but did not want me to return non-functioning pair. At fort I thought this was very kind but I think now they just know the product has this issue. Almost exactly a year later same thing happened to the replacement pair. I trashed them. I loved the headphones but this is not a moisture issue and if it is I am sure not using alcohol, qtips or anything else to fix. Seems like a known glitch. I have had the same vibrating issue twice and to be honest, it seems like the fragility of the product is an issue. I run with these everyday and cart them around with me constantly - I can’t spend this amount of money on something I have to be so gentle with all the time.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Check your connection. Make sure there nothing between it. Also, use rubbing alcohol and q-tip to clean the charge port. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes before trying again. If it does it again and you're within warranty, get it warranty out. If you're within the return period, exchange it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I am having the same problem and NO aftershokz your trouble shooting does not even mention this much less cover it. No it is not stuck in pairing mode. Is there any actual help on how to fix this or just throw them in the trash and not buy from this company again.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sounds like your devices in the Bluetooth connection mode. Try resetting them by re-introducing the connection mode. So far as the vibrations the only thing that I could think of that causes it to vibrate is that it is still connected to an device and the vibrations are coming from whatever sounds are being transmitted by the device it is connected to you.If this remedy does not solve your problem your device is malfunctioning please contact the manufacturer because there is a warranty on these devices and the warranty will be better for you if you have registered the device with the company.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hey there! We'd recommend a manual reset of your Aeropex headphones. Directions on how to perform a reset can be found in your user manual as well as in the help center directly on our website. Thanks!
