A:Answer Keep in mind these are NOT hearing aids, they are Bluetooth headphones, so you'll only be able to listen to audio from compatible Bluetooth sources. (Phone / compatible computer, etc.) As these work using bone conduction (similar to the bone-anchored implant from what I understand), as long as your inner ear is working properly, then yes, it should allow you to hear compatible audio sources better than regular headphones. Aftershockz does have a wired version also available if you don't have Bluetooth, though that model is several years old and the newer models are much improved in sound quality, comfort, etc.
