• Yes. They do not impair your hearing. You can still hear honking or sirens. Answer phone calls, make phone calls, text, or pause your music/ podcast/ etc. with the push of a button (left ear to be exact).

• Not from MN, but they are hands free. I am in MO and use them all the time while walking the dogs, working around the garage. My truck has bluetooth but when family is with me they can listen to the truck audio and I can and do use my trekair hdphs. Love them.

• Yes, they leave your ears completely open, which is what the law requires, however, I would not advise having the volume up very loud for music while driving, loud music with these does make it difficult to hear what's going on around you.
