Tessie, I was able to transfer all my contacts, and my gallery photos, to my new phone from my old flip phone. I used the Bluetooth, pairing and connecting the two phones. The actual transfer took a little time and patience, due to limitations to file sizes that could be moved . . . but I successfully got them all transferred.
