• After our purchase we set up an account online (PC or pad device browser on the internet) permits you to transfer a number. You enter the carrier information, account number, phone number and they see if it can be moved to the device. You must have complete prior carrier information for it to work. It is part of the setup process. I do not know if this service can be done by store personnel, you would have to ask them.
