“I have Alcatel One Touch flip phone and it has been great. But I would like to have 1) voice mail and 2) caller ID. perhaps I need a bigger phone????”

• I had an Alcatel flip phone a couple of years ago, and it had those features. But you have to set them up yourself. I suggest getting online on a PC and do a search for the phone model, and you'll easily find a manual for it, to show you how.
