In the future keep in mind that It needs to dry out. When u attempt to power up a wet phone it usually fries the battery. It has a warranty but most likely won't cover water damage and most devices have water markers so they can see and be able to tell if water was a problem. I wouldn't try to power it up for at least a few days. And be careful of the rice residue. The silicone packets work much better. Since this phone doesn't open up like other androids it's more like an iPhone and my son even threw my iPhone in the washer before and it was left 30 mins am deathly survived just try to be patient at least this isn't cheap to replace.
