- Answer Mine has 1080 but no problem. You want 4K then purchase a nice gaming monitor and dock it in. The specs in this laptop are great, it runs smooth, and looks awesome. The keyboard has a great response. I am not sure about modifications as the unit as is runs great so I cannot answer that. I am sure you can get all the answers at the Dell site or by picking the brains of the Dell agents.
