- Answer The brand is not mandatory. The specifications should match. This system comes with 1 x 16 GB, DDR4, 3200 MHz RAM in four UDIMM slots. The other three slots could accomodate up to 16 GB each with the same specifications.

- Answer Unless it’s exact same brand and timing I would remove the original , if it’s faster it usually will default to the slowest or might throw up a bios screen. There is a list of compatible sticks or recommended I saw but forgot where it was.

QuestionHi, What if I installed a new 2 TB M2 disk and reinstalled Win10 system using Dell-provided image?? Will it avoid warranty? I'm considering it since factory equipped SSD is PCIe 3.0 only while motherboard supports PCIe 4.0 (up to 2 times faster).

- Answer The installation of a new compatible 2 TB M2 SSD would not affect the warranty. This systme is currently being tested and sold with Windows 11 operating system. Should you reinstall Windows 10 and if that is resulting in any technical issues, Warranty support will become void.

- Answer I took off the side panel and set up a fan close by, Alienware are very specific in their parts which makes it super inconvenient especially when the computer has trouble performing as it is. It’s also not to much of a problem aslong as it stays under 80°.

- Answer You should wait until you get the computer and look up, via the service tag, what RAM is installed. Mine has DIMM 3200. So any DIMM 3200 should work. I’d also replace what memory you have with 32GB of matched memory. Hope that helps.
