“How do I get the refresh rate to stop showing? I just got this and the refresh rate is permanently at the top of the screen”

• The Game Enhance mode must be off. Use the toggle button on the back of the monitor and toggle to the game menu. Toggle right to the menu list, toggle down to Reset Game and reset by toggling right. This removes the active HZ indication in the upper left corner of the screen.

• You could remove the refresh rate being displayed on the top of the screen by changing the settings in the on-screen digital menu.
