I have 2x32GB DDR5-5200 installed, and the memory shows as 2600MHz in HWINFO64 and the chipset sets the memory timings using the timing table for 2600MHz operation. For the same CPU's noted above, 2x16GB DDR5-5600 would run at 5600 mt/s, so if don't need 64GB, then that would be a bit faster.
