QuestionThis appears to be a fairly complete machine except the only reference to anything audio related is an HDMI connection to external speakers. If that is so, what kind would meet the minimal requirement and still be acceptable to an average audiophile?

- Answer This system supports external speaker connectivity through HDMI, S/PDIF jack and Headphone jack. Any speaker with the above mentioned connectivity will work with the systems.

Questionive owned this laptop for almost one year. one thing that has worried me is cpu reaches 90-95c during gaming. i have to ask current owners of this laptop u have same overheating issue like me? is it safe to play games with that temperature?

- Answer I throttled my cpu and lowered the boost. It still puts out a lot of heat. According to Intel this chip should be fine running at 100. Cooling pad is your best friend.

QuestionThe power cord that connects to the back of the laptop is coming apart. Is it under warranty? I purchased this laptop almost a year ago on May 14, 2021 I think it's a little ridiculous that a cord on a $2,200 laptop is made so cheaply.

- Answer Depends on if your running all the RGB or not. I would say 1-2.5 hours depending on the Lighting Effects being used.

QuestionI see most answers have a "Dell" symbol. Was hoping an Alienware tech would respond. My last Dell laptop (Inspiron 15 5000 series) was so loaded with bloatware that it was a boat anchor out of the box. Does Dell load Alienware with useless crap too?

- Answer They don’t put as much bloat on the Alienware devices as they do normal Dell computers. The only thing I remember other than the Alienware Command Center(which you need) was some product info app and then Dell Support.

- Answer No. It does have intel graphics but it is disabled so you can only use the 3070 for graphics. Hurts battery life but your not buying a gaming laptop for great battery life now.
