This Alpine unit requires a “single din” opening, so you’ll need a dash kit for your Nissian that supports that. Then you’ll need a “wiring harness” to connect all the wires to you’re car, such as power, ground,the speakers, radio antenna, etc,
I’d suggest searching YouTube for a video about installing an aftermarket radio in your specific car, it’ll give you an idea of what’s involved and what you’ll need to complete the job.
Or you could always just let Best Buy or another car audio shop install it for you.
