How can I turn up volume. Plus sign skips to next song null

I use the plus sign for volume but I’ve been streaming satellite radio. I also control the volume with my phone volume buttons

Hi there - you can either turn the volume up/down by pressing the + and - buttons on your speaker or via your phone. To skip songs - press the forward or backward on the app/music you are listening to or press and hold the + button to go forward and the - button to go backward!
