Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello Anonymous. There was only one way I found that your Jacket H2O 4 would not not show when trying to pair. Now, I presume that your are trying to pair for the first time and it is not showing in the 'new' device list. In this case, when pressing the link button (linked chain) it will initiate the link function, which allows 2 speaker playback of the same media. The link button flashes green, and it is looking for the second speaker and is not broadcasting to your phone. Power off the speaker and power it back on, the link button should be flashing blue. This is when you search new devices on your phone, it will now find it and you may pair. Good luck and download the Just Listen app and run the warm up program and you'll enjoy high quality sound.
