• Yes it has a mount underneath for tripods and other mounts but does NOT come with the hardware.

• Hi Jim - The Mini LifeJacket Jolt has a universal mounting screw on the bottom of the speaker and can in fact mount to a bike or skateboard or snowmobile! It does not come included with mounting hardware but any universal mount with a screw type will work!
