Hold down the buttons on both of the earbuds together and it'll eventually connect.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You first turn on the earbuds by pressing and holding the button on each of them simultaneously for a few seconds. An audible noise is made. On the Samsung, go into settings, then connection, then bluetooth. Make sure your phone is "looking" for bluetooth devices (there's a scan for new devices button on the top of the menu). The earbuds should be at the very bottom of the list, below all the other paired bluetooth devices. I have a Samsung too, and also didn't notice them because I had so many bluetooth devices in my list this device was scrolled off the screen. Once I scrolled down I saw them & clicked on them and they paired no problem.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This connects via bluetooth like any other wireless earbuds on any phone. You hold the off/on button until it flashes red/blue. Refresh the bluetooh on the phone and it will show up as TrueEvo. Pretty simple.
