A:AnswerI too have run into this problem. I see Razzar asked this question a year ago. I will have to bring it back to the store and see if one of the staff will dare to put a lot of force on twisting the stand into the socket; I don’t want to break mine at home.

A:AnswerNot with this phone. You will need to upload photos using an SD card or USB thumb drive. Only use media cards that are 32GB or less in size. Be sure they are formatted to FAT32 file format.
A:AnswerNo. Apple phones use proprietary file formats for photos which are built into their iTunes and iPhoto platform. You can use 3rd party software on your computer to download the photos there, then dump the photos onto an SD card or USB drive and insert that into the back of the frame. If you get one of our WIFI frames then you can use the Smart Frame app on your iPhone to send the photos.
