Can family members send pics to the frame? null

Yes…if they have the app, and are on your wireless network; in other words, NOT BY EMAIL. There is an SD slot and a USB port. We just took an old 16GB stick, copied 100’s of pics to it, and added that. The Frame uses both on-board and USB randomly.

Yes. They can use our phone app to do this. They will setup differently from the original user setup. For additional help feel free to write us at support@aluratek.com.
