Follow up, how big is too big a .jpg file for pictures? Also, do the app and the email methods use the built in 32 GB storage or does it use the cards or a cloud source?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Be sure to use the Smart Frame app and not one of our other phone apps. First person to setup the frame assigns the @wififrame.com email. They setup and bind using the phone app in the DEVICES tap on that app. They sign-up under My Devices in the DEVICES tab. All other setups, if they wish to use the phone app go to the DEVICES tab on the phone app and use Bound or Other devices. The frame ID is located on the frame in Settings > Device Info. Email is another way to send photos. First person to setup the frame should already be bound is they setup the app with their main email. All others must send a test email with bdXXXXXX in the subject line. Where the Xs are is where the frame ID needs to be placed. After their email is confirmed then they leave the subject line blank and only send 1, 2 or maybe 3 photos at a time. Make sure photos are not too large and in jpg format.
