Please try again later.While I do not know the answer to your specific question, here’s what I did when I had similar unexpected problems: go to settings, then reset the machine. Then follow the set up instructions to the letter. Restart the machine, problem solved. The software is a little buggy. Also anytime you turn off the machine do it from the control panel, don’t unplug it until it goes through it’s shutdown cycle
