- Answer It depends on the size of the photos. We recommend scaling photos down to no larger than 1600x1200 or even 1024x768 for this 8 inch frame. If you do that then you can likely get 1 thousand or so. Be sure to leave some memory for the operating system. These are similar to computer memory. If you fill it up then the frame will slow down and eventually not work because there will be no RAM.

- Answer No. This is the AWS08F. It used the Aluratek FrameTime app. We have 4 different apps so make sure you download the FrameTime app.

- Answer The order is generated randomly so it can't be adjusted. If you increase the number of pictures, it will less likely to repeat the same picture in the slideshow.

QuestionCan you connect the frame via the USB to a computer or smart TV to show the pictures larger?

- Answer No. You can connect to a computer to send other photos to the frame, or you can use USB or SD cards, 32GB or smaller, to show photos on the frame, but the unit does not have the video capability to export the video/photos to a computer screen or TV. That would generally require an HDMI connection.

- Answer All frame use a 2.4g network. We have one frame that is dual band and can use 2.4g and 5g and that is the AWS13F.

QuestionMy elderly parents do not have WiFi in their home. If I load the photos from my home using wifi will the frame work in my parents home? I am thinking I just will not be able to add new photos remotely, correct?

- Answer Yes, the frame will still able to do slideshow for the pictures that is already in the frame but you won't able to send pictures remotely unless it is connected to the internet.

- Answer We recommend 32GB or smaller. Format should be FAT32.

- Answer Well, I haven't use any memory card so far, I just download the app Frametime (as per instruction in Manual) then copy all my pics to the Frametime App gallery then it works now

- Answer Yes. Our WIFI frames can play .jpeg, .jpg photo files. Audio files needed to be converted to .mp3. And video files will need to be converted to .avi. We recommend USB or SD cards no larger than 32GB in FAT32 format.
