• The left side has the grid for the fan as well as the raised edge for holding the computer in place. I would not use this table if I was left handed. I would get one specifically for a left handed person.

• Left hand users will find this not easily adapted. The drilled holes for the two top pieces do not allow one to flip left to right. You'd want to drill new holes in the deck to do that so be prepared. Might be worth contacting the manufacturer to ask if they make one for left hand users and avoid the drilling.
