• It's a standard 3.5 mm plug. If it's one of those older bigger headphone jacks then no. Would need an adapter maybe.

• Yes, you can use this that way or in your cars Aux jack and receive from your phone. You just have to make sure your stereo has a 3.5mm jack or you need an adapter.
