QuestionTrying to pair my AirPods pro with this. Both are in pairing mode but they won’t connect. Any ideas?

- Answer Please try to reset ABCD54F by press and hold the "+" button for 7 seconds until you see the Tx an Rx both flash once. Once it is reset, it will default to pairing mode status. Please also check that it is set to Tx mode for the switch on the side.

- Answer My setup is to a bedroom TV so one of us can watch and listen without disturbing the other. I have kept it plugged into the wall outlet with charging cable connected 24/7 without problems.

- Answer I have this on a non-Bluetooth tv and it indeed makes it Bluetooth capable. I have mine hooked up through the optical port, so I just mute the tv and use Bluetooth headphones. You can’t adjust the volume from the tv remote, but this would be able to transmit the audio signal out to Bluetooth headphones or speakers.

- Answer It really depends on your environment. In a perfect scenario with direct line of site you can get up to 100ft. In a building with walls and over devices you may get 50ft or less.

- Answer If the soundbar has bluetooth then yes you can do this. Keep in mind though, bluetooth will not stream anything other than Stereo...you will not get any kind of surround sound effect.

- Answer Yes you can. I have this connected to my desktop's optical out port and connect my Bluetooth headphones when I need some audio privacy. It should work the same with any bluetooth capable device. It might take a few tries if your receiver can't display all nearby bluetooth devices like on a cellphone.

- Answer It depends on your application and the device's involved. If you want to transmit from your phone, tv, or laptop to your subwoofers, and your subwoofers are bluetooth capable, have optical or RCA type, or 3.5 cable ports, then just follow the instructions , available in the packaging, or on the product page on bestbuy.

- Answer Yes. There is a bypass function that allows you to use it as a transmitter and receiver. It is the middle option on the side button between tx (transmit) and rx (receive)

- Answer Check the TV settings and make sure any options that you can switch to PCM is switched to PCM.

QuestionI have this connected to 2 speakers. One speaker is close the other is about 40 ft away. There is a delay to the speaker that is further away. Is there anyway to fix this? The close speaker is Denton 31" sound bar other speaker is Insigina mini sound bar.

- Answer The issue is not that one speaker is further away. The reason is that you are listening to two unsynchronized speakers.

- Answer Yes, you can do that. Check if your Bose radios support aptx low latency for best results. If they do not the radios may not be perfectly in sync.

- Answer Yes, you can transmit audio to headphones, however, you may notice a very slight delay. Most people do not detect any difference when watching TV or just streaming audio, but musicians with instruments are far more likely to notice.
