• I have the same problem. Bringing this camera back to the store. No advice on this anywhere.

• That is normal. Your viewers/audience will see you as normal, only your view is mirrored. If you are using Zoom, you can go into the video settings and uncheck the "mirror my video" box. That will give you a regular view.
