Usually means not available. Most appliances are going in and out of stock, so likely this was not an option to order while they waited for more stock.

Also, the installation date on the ordering/ purchasing page differs greatly from the appointment scheduler so you may need to call or use the chat function if you cannot schedule delivery for a time you need.
