There isn't a button to push for soaking before the wash cycle. However, as the manual mentions, you can hit the start/cancel/pause button once the washer has filled the basin with water. Hitting the start/cancel/pause button once the basin has filled with water will give you any amount of time to let your garments "soak." If you pull up the washer door after hitting the start/cancel/pause button then you will only have 10 minutes to soak before the washer thinks you have abandoned the wash cycle and the washer will drain out the water and sit there until you restart the whole wash cycle again. I recommend starting your wash cycle as you normally would, then hitting the start/cancel/pause button (do not open the lid) once the basin has "filled", and let the clothes sit for the length of time you desire. After your clothes have soaked for a time, press the start/cancel/pause button to resume your previously selected wash cycle.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Just press the start/pause button once. Then when you’re ready to resume washing just press the button again. It’s really frustrating that you cannot soak quite as easily as the old machines. I don’t like this lid lock either. I think a man that does not do laundry designed this machine!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.you have to just open the washer to get it to stop washing for soaking your clothes :(
