Does this come with a drain hose null

Yes, but unfortunately the hose is too short for many of us to use. The drain outlet on this washer is on the back but at the BOTTOM of the machine unlike any other washers I've owned where that outlet is at the top. So the hose which is included is about 3 feet too short (the height of the machine itself). Amana's website mentions a drain extension hose via their website for $16.99 (part #285863) but gives no option to actually buy it!!! Instead they have a "where to buy" option that comes up which ties in with the zipcode that you enter but that only shows some home improvement places (like home depot, lowes), or dealers (eg: best buy) that sell this unit, NONE OF WHICH actually sell that extension hose (at least none near me do, despite wasting 2 days going to all these places looking for it). I was able to find that part on-line at a 3rd party appliance parts place but they want something ridiculous like $50 for it!!!!! My only solution at this point has been to try "universal" washer drainage hose options of the proper length and guess at the outlet diameter which looks to be 1 inch to me (nowhere in any literature associated with this machine, or the hose that came with it, can I find out what the diameter actually is btw, instead I measured the inside dimension and am hoping that is the correct way to do it). All in all this is very frustrating and time consuming, including the lack of answers from Best Buy when I bought this washer and noticed in the store that the drain outlet was all the way down at the bottom and asked the rep how long the included drainage hose would be (he was unable to tell me despite trying to look it up). Additionally if you expect "installation" of the machine note that they will NOT install a drainage hose which you buy yourself, which is smart of them, because since it is not possible to know for sure what diameter to get you not only could get the wrong thing but also because most of the 3rd party drainage hoses are pretty much cheap crap and they do not want you to blame them should water leak out all over the place (not to say that Amana's hose is any better but at least it will be the correct diameter and supposedly has their own stamp of approval).
