Dear Lln: We are sorry to learn of your Dryer concerns. 90% of improper drying is due to venting issues, and not problems with the dryer, as long as it is heating. Make sure the vent is not blocked, and the air is flowing properly. You can try to vacuum out the bottom of the dryer, to remove any excess lint in the bottom as that will help to reducing drying time. If you have an old bottle brush, clean out the blower area where the lint screen is and swipe the brush to remove excess lint from the blower area. If this does not resolve your drying concern, please email us at [email protected] at your earliest convenience with your username Lln, a copy of the review, your name, address, a phone number, model and serial number, and date and purchase. Also please let us know if you have any extended service plan. We look forward to your reply. Thank you.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I dry mostly on the high heat for about 30 minutes, works perfectly evey time. I have noticed if you select either automatic dry options, low or high, it does take longer than usual.
