They do offer free delivery and haul off of the old dryer, however, a gas dryer is REQUIRED to be installed by a certified person in GAS lines. This is so the WARRANTY is not voided. Further, my local best buy informed me that I also had to purchase a gas line adapter and semi rigid dryer vent. This is to insure they are on hand IF they are needed by the installer. My items were not needed and I was able to return them for a full refund. Oh, and the dryer is very quiet and efficient.
