I also had similar problems it measures only 3 to 4 hours after 1 am. Disabling Breath monitoring (beta) made a difference and it started measuring full sleep. Yesterday I enabled breath monitoring again it starts measuring 3 to 4 hours only. I have disabled again and I will check today. I purchased the watch 10 days before. First 2 days with default settings it was working fine, then I enabled some more settings like breath monitoring etc, which started this problem. Customer care could identify, they simply wanted my watch for service. However after resetting and leaving it in default mode it started working. You may try that.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Please keep the watch connected with your phone, start the Zepp app, and choose Profile > Amazfit Band 5 > Health Monitoring to enable Sleep breathing quality monitoring. Then, the watch automatically monitors the sleep breathing quality when it detects that you are wearing the watch during sleep.

Deep sleep (purple), light sleep (blue), REM sleep (green), awake times (yellow), etc. Try clicking on the area & it even gives you an explanation of how your sleep pattern compares to a percentage of other people's sleep pattern. Even gently encouraging a more relaxed situation so sleep can improve. Hope this helps. May need to call the company so they can tell you how click on the screen to open the results to the expanded information.
