Hi there , there is an Interval timer for Strength straining but not HIIT, this feature is only available on the GTS 4 Mini, GTS 4 , GTR 4 , GTR 3 Pro, T-Rex 2, T-Rex Ultra, Cheetah Pro and Falcon. Kieron | Amazfit Support
