Hi there, we are sorry that your watch is not charging anymore. Please try cleaning the contact points and make sure nothing is blocking it. Also try different USB power sources to make sure the watch is receiving power. Lastly please try a new charging cable to see if that might be causing the issue. We recommend to press and hold down the power button for at least 10 seconds or more when plugged into the charger to see if there is any responses from the watch.
