- Answer Hi, Angel! The 55" Class Omni QLED Series TV does have Fire software built into the TV. This TV features 3 HDMI 2.0 + 1 HDMI eARC 2.1 inputs. - Answer Hello Yxes! Yes this device is equipped with both local dimming and also hands free usage with Alexa. You can use it as a smarthome hub with Alexa as well as use your voice to change settings, volume, programming, etc. There is also a physical mute button on the TV itself for privacy and Alexa can also be toggled on or off in the TV settings. - Answer Hi Jmiller, The Amazon 55" Class Omni Qled Series 4K UHD smart Fire TV has an available internal storage space of 11.34 GB. This is expandable by inserting a storage USB drive into the TV. You can confirm the storage is being recognized by navigating to Settings>My Fire TV>"USB Storage" or "External Space." This can be done on larger screen models as well. Hope that helps!

- Answer Hi there! Looking around online, it looks like some customers have had success using RCA or TCL codes to get their universal remotes connected. The most helpful advice I found was a customer setting up a DirectTV remote that gave them the option to select "I don't know my model" and try a few different options. If your FIOS Remote has an interface that lets you select an option like that I would give it a shot, otherwise I would reach out to the support for your remote and see if they can assist. - Answer Hi Chelsea! You can control the Omni QLED from your phone a couple of different ways actually! You can use the free Fire TV app as a remote, or you can use the Alexa app from your phone to control the TV with your voice. Split screen is available for viewing compatible WiFi cameras, so you can keep an eye on things around the house while you enjoy the Omni. The included Alexa Voice Remote requires 2 AA batteries, and the Spotify app is available for download on the Appstore. Hope all of that helps, have a great rest of your day!

- Answer Hi PTM, To pair the boxes and all other equipment you can follow the steps below. Before getting started, locate the remotes for the devices you're connecting to Fire TV. Fire TV devices automatically detect compatible equipment and provide an on-screen interface to add them. If equipment isn't detected, or you'd like to set up Equipment Control manually, follow the steps on this page. To connect your devices: Go to Settings on your Fire TV. Select Equipment Control. Select Manage Equipment. Note: Select Advanced Settings on this screen to activate or deactivate Automated Device Discovery. Select Add Equipment and choose the equipment you'd like to add. You can also verify your Omni Qled has the latest software update and the cox app installed. If you have not linked your services via Alexa or on your TV that may be the issue. Hope that helps!

QuestionThe specifications state that this TV has HDMI 2.1, but the refresh rate is only 60hz. How is that possible? At only 60hz, you can not use PS5 nor Series X at their full potential.
