• Hello Lulabelle! You should be able to control the volume level in your Fire Stick, physical volume buttons on the Echo itself, and the Alexa app in your smartphone under the Echo's device settings. You can work with the combination of all 3 of these to see if you can get the volume to your preferred level. I hope this helps and that you have a superb day!
