A:Answer Hi Zed13, sorry to hear you're having issues with the Echo Buds. Usually when I am having issues with a Bluetooth device I try to set everything back to the defaults. I would factory reset the Echo Buds, to do that: Open the Alexa app and select Devices. Select All Devices to see if Echo Buds are listed. If yes, select the device and select Forget Device. Unpair Echo Buds from your phone's Bluetooth settings. Put your Echo Buds in the case, close the case, and press the button on the case for 15 seconds. The LED turns solid orange when the factory reset is done. Open the Alexa app, and open the case lid. When the LED light changes to flashing blue, start setup again. If that still doesn't fix the issue I would reach out to Amazon support through their website. Hopefully that'll help, have a great rest of your day!
