Once you connect your echo to internet and it is linked with prime. Then simple commands like play music should pick a song and play for you. You can also ask for specific song if needed. https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=201549700 The above link might help you.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I think you have to go to the Alexa app on your phone, go to home - music , video & books - and you should see amazon prime
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I see this was asked a few weeks ago. You probably figured it out by now but I'll post an answer in case it may help someone else that sees this question. There are some options. - "Alexa: play music from [artist name]." - not sure what Alexa starts with; you can add "on shuffle" to your command and get tracks shuffled from whatever albums from the artist are available from Prime Music. - "Alexa: play music from [album name]." - plays album tracks in order; can also tell Alexa to shuffle. - "Alexa: play music from [Amazon Prime music station name]." - "Alexa: play [genre] music." Just ask Alexa questions. Remember that the worst that can happen is Alexa responds that she can't do what you're asking, which isn't the end of the world. Test her with different questions and see what Alexa is willing to do. It may also be a good idea to log into Amazon and do a search for "Prime Music Stations" and find the names of some stations that offer the music you're interested in - then you can use the 3rd example question I suggested.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Just ask it to play music. Don't be specific and it should work. If not check the amazon app to see what you have selected for the music, it has a list of music apps it can play from. Hope this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. When you register the Echo it should automatically connect to your Prime account and music. If not log into you account on line and check your music settings.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Just say. Alexa play "song you want to hear" or a type of music or a certain arstist. Say Alexa play songs by Bruno Mars. Viola she will shuffle and play a song.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you have not already set up music selections from Amazon Prime, sign in and go to the Amazon Prime Music. Build a library of your favorite artists from Prime selections, whether Prime "free" or purchased. Then tell Alexa to play the name of any artist you've put in your library. She'll confirm when she tells you she's shuffling songs by that artist in your library. Volume control is numerical: "Alexa level 4" for example. Have fun.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Open your Alexa app > Goto Menu > Music > Click on Amazon Unlimited and log into your account. If you have already purchased/Subscribed to Amazon Unlimited, this should be working. Now ask Alexa to play any music by Album/Artist/Song name etc and it should work like a charm!
