You cannot change the timer sound. :( You can only change the timer volume right now. Not sure why this isn't already a thing... but it is not. What I did was I asked Alexa to change the timer, she gave me instructions. I then went to my ap and sent "more feedback" - maybe if enough folks ask for this update we will get it.

Be sure not to miss Step 4 - To change the Timer Sound: Open the Alexa App Tap "More" on the bottom right Tap "Alarms & Timers" Tap to switch to "Timers" (top right tab) Tap "Settings" (bottom center) Choose the Echo device (Echo Dot, Echo Show etc.) to modify Tap "Default Timer Tone" to choose from a list Tap "Save"
