Yes if your stereo has blue tooth receiver built in. You can also add blue tooth receiver with rca out plugs to add to your stereo if it has input. Also you the dot has an 1/8 stereo audio output on it. You can connect a 1/8 stereo cable to dot and the other end to you stereo. The other end of the cable would have to have rca stereo plugs or whatever your stereo accepts as audio input cable.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.A single dot can only produce mono. However, the Dot's female 3.5mm jack will accept a stereo male cable end. What comes out of the stereo outlet cable is two combined (L + R) channels, If you plug that cable into your stereo player, you will get both right and left speakers playing the same exact music without the stereo affect. The Dots play a mono combined from the normal two channel stereo. They only have one speaker so a single Dot can NOT play stereo by themselves. There is a software means to link two dots so that each one plays a separate stereo channel. Amazon calls this a "stereo pair." To drive a stereo from a "Stereo Pair" in stereo takes the correct cable(s).
