Drop In lets you connect to another Alexa capable device attached to your account without anyone on the other end needing to accept the call. Both devices will activate a light ring so you know you've connected and are able to speak through the device. If you need to get someone's attention but don't know which device you're close to, you can also make an announcement which will broadcast over all of your connected devices.
