They removed support on the 3rd gen. The second gen still works with it though. Also a heads up - you CAN’T use Netflix through the silk browser either. You can open the site and login - but nothing plays when clicking anything. I’m about to return my 3rd gen and get a used 2nd gen exactly for this reason.

The Amazon Echo Show 5 (3rd Generation) does not have Netflix built in, however you are able to open the Silk Browser and sign into Nextflix in the at WebPage for access to Netflix.
