The echo show works great with the Schlage connect door lock. You can lock/unlock your door through the Alexa app and also by asking Alexa to lock/unlock your doors.

No. The Schlage Connect locks require either a Z-Wave or Zigbee controller (depending on model). The Echo Show 5 and 8 do not have either controller built in. The Amazon Echo Show 10, and Echo Plus do have Zigbee controllers built in.
