Hi CJaq7! This stand is designed to hold the Echo Show 8 upright on something like a countertop or a table. If you'd like to mount it hanging under a cabinet you'll need a specific mount for that, I would just suggest looking up 'echo show 8 under cabinet mount' to see if any of the listings available meet your needs.
