Can I have a 3 way video conference with this? null

Nope, you can have a 2way video chat. Skype charges for their video calling now, and the only other way to video chat is to have alexa app and everyone you chat with has to have alexa app installed... Frustrated, this doesn't even have an app market so you can imagine the compatibility issues.

Not that I can find. This is one of my pet peeves.
