Seems to me that you can't. And to top it off we purchased a HDMI - USB C adapter and the tablet tells us it detects water in the charging port. Doesn't tell us that when we try to just charge it though and goes away when we restart the tablet. Seems to me that Amazon didn't want this tablet to ever work with a TV.

Tap the name of your TV or media streaming device. This initial connection may take up to 20 seconds. To stop displaying the screen, swipe down from the top of the screen and tap Stop Mirroring.
