Yes, it does have 4GB of ram; and does allow moving some apps (not all) to SD card. SD card needs to be formatted for internal storage.

Yes you can use a SD Card to store some apps, the SD Card is needs to be formatted for internal memory. This has FireOS 7 a modified version of android 9 for amazon.
