• Yes! You must download the film to the internal storage on the device. If you are trying to use the cloud based services for streaming you will have to be attached to WiFi to enjoy. This basically means, you purchase the digital film and download it. Should take up around a gig or so per file. Hope this helps.

• Yes, as long as it is on your itunes account. I watch movies on my daily train commute and I can only watch movies I have downloaded; I cannot watch hulu or netflix.

• If you are an Amazon Prime member you can download prime movies from Amazon and watch them on your device for 30 days while offline with no problems. Just keep in mind if you have the 8GB of storage the movies can eat up your storage space on your device quickly. Movies from other sources might be tricky as they might not be compatible with the video player on your kindle.
